| Comment | Used to be the similar when I worked in a restaurant in town. The owner made us pool the all the tips for the full day then divide them up per amount of hours you worked....with a cut going to the owner equal to whatever the manager on duty that day received, meaning if you were on a short shift you got less tips than the owner.
I got sacked the day after challenging the owner on it for "not being a team player". |
