It is and it isn't. £400 for a well made dress (which is what my partner picked up for our wedding) seemed reasonable. Quite possible to spend **much** more of course.
With time at zero, they don't have a lot of time to shop and from recent experience, this high street is a bit shit unless you want fashion label leggings.
