Living in any of the cities in Canada is more expensive than living in Glasgow. I’ve lived in Vancouver & Toronto and the monthly rent there is mental. Drinking there is much more expensive and eating out works out pretty similar if not more when you include a 15-20% tip. Petrol I’ll give you, it’s more expensive in Scotland due to the taxes/duty applied. Food in the supermarket I found some things more expensive and some less. Things like mobile phone bills were much more expensive in Canada.
