| Comment | As I said I had a positive experience with mushrooms, so by suggesting their experience could be different are you telling me there is a chance it could impact them negatively? If so, why are you recommending the drug to someone you don't know? Perhaps they could be useful for this person, but randoms on Reddit aren't in a position to tell this guy to take mushrooms.
It isn't the issue that mushrooms are addictive, because I know they aren't. But recommending an addict seeks them out when they're out of season could put them in contact with the wrong person. They're at a very vulnerable stage in overcoming addiction and it's reckless to recommend they take mushrooms at a time when it puts them back in the routine of reaching out to dealers. Breaking even the smallest habits like talking with dealers is a huge part of breaking patterns of addiction. |
