Depends if it’s a large corporate business or a ‘person’. Would not personally feel comfortable lying to a person who believed me and then felt a bit betrayed, vs a massive business who don’t even notice except to note it down in their void risk data. Just makes life harder for the next foreign want-to-be tenants as well.
