What? I'd have expected drivers (and other staff) to have been on the usual kind of 3 or 4 shift contracts that any other 24 service seems to use. How the hell did ScotFail wind up in this position?
Aye, a company can't unilaterally alter a contract. I am sure no one would object to an improvement, but "worsening" it would require compensation of some kind.
