For most services I support people striking for better conditions. But there are some vital services which shouldn't be stopped. For example, if all doctors or nurses went on strike so many people would die so I can't support that.

Train conductors, whilst not as vital as doctors serve a very important role in society and peoples lives can really be worsened without them.

I'm not sure about the details of these strikes, but if they do it in a balanced way to not fully disrupt services but get their point across I might be in favour. For example, only running 50% of the services to each location each day. So there is still a way to get to work and back each day, but the service is just less frequent.
