I mean I don’t think people working to rule can really be frowned upon. Everyone has a right to stick to their contract - otherwise what’s the purpose of a contract.
I suppose the issue is more about the pay rise. I get that people would ask to be compensated for their contract to be amended. I suppose my question is more how did the pay get so high without renegotiations of working hours?
Also these contracts were negotiated with a private company? But the government is now responsible for resolving the issue? |
