Colzium Park and Banton loch is alright. Walking the tight path on the right of the loch is quite nice. The Coachman along the road in Kilsyth does a decent cappuccino. And also from the Boathouse in Kilsyth you can walk to Bar Hill Roman fort if you fancy a walk along the canal then a wee hill.
