Over provision policy came in around April 2019 which means the number of drivers of capped. After covid and brexit a lot of drivers have left the industry meaning all services are severely reduced… There is defo an under provision and probably was when it was introduced but the council are most likely protecting the incumbent local companies which means a crap service for us |
