If you look on a map, the cycle path is directly south of the flats on Earl St, between the flats and the industrial area. It’s an old railway line and it’s raised so you won’t accidentally stumble into it and the nearest access points to where you will be is on Balmoral St, or Ardsloy Pl at the western end of Earl St.
