I was once an international student with no UK based guarantor and I secured my own flat by offering to pay 6 months upfront.i know someone else that was an international student that did the same.
I still live in said flat.
ETA: I rent through phoenix properties. the handyman is a complete looney ("you know, the blacks in America want Trump back bc of what Biden has done to the petrol prices!") but other than that, they're just fine. |
