NHS is absolutely rammed with people who have self-diagnosed themselves with depression/anxiety and ADHD and claim they need help and there’s only so much they can do with the resources they have. A quick look at your profile says you’re basing your whole personality round this condition and my advice is to forget about it and get on with your life.
