I keep seeing people say there aren't enough bins and that's why it's a problem. Maybe. I've never really felt caught out, though.
I think what a lot of people mean is, as soon as the thing I have in my hand becomes rubbish and needs to go in the bin, there isn't one immediately next to me, so fuck it. Folk don't seem to get you can just hang on to it until the next bin (probably one street away, tops). |
