| Comment | I love the people of Glasgow so much… when I first moved here I was walking my dog late at night mid winter. Dark as fuck. Dodgy looking black van approaches…. I keep my eye on it. It starts to slow down. Three lads in the front, smoking windows down, neck tattoos.
Me being female I immediately think “fuckfuckfuck I’m either getting my dog stolen, being kidnapped or worse”.
Van slows right down and the lads start asking me questions… what breed is it? What do you feed it? Whats the dogs name? I reply curtly but I’m not rude. Don’t want to piss them off. The van slows down to near stop. I’m thinking “ok motherfucker you wanna take my dog it’s not gonna be without a fight.” Van door slides open… I clench my keys between my fingers.
There was a man in the back of the van…………. with a puppy
They had a puppy the same breed as my dog and in the van and they slowed down to show me the puppy. 🤣 Went from terrifying to wholesome in record time. |
