| Comment | They don't come up a lot but I do see them. Even still there's 3-4 1beds in woodlands right now going for 80-90k. A lot of them are in better nick than the ones up in SW with the same walking distance to toon.
If you go a bit further out (20+ min walk) you'll see loads of 2-3 bedroom flats in great nick for under 100k as well.
My point is just they're no affordable when there's comparative flats going for way, way less. |
