I had a wee look on rightmove rn, in the East I saw one going for 90k in Bridgeton for a 2 bed that looked nay bad, but beyond that any others going for cheap were ones going to Auction, or wayyyyyy further out than a 20 min walk. Similar deal with Southside, the cheap 2 beds were at least 40 minutes away, anything closer than that wasn't particularly cheap.
