| Comment | Lived above a domestic abuse situation for years, my next door neighbour died of a drug overdose and was there for 2 weeks before anyone realised, the people that replaced him were trafficking young women. Me and the police were talking on a weekly basis.
Govan housing association took about 4 years to fix the front door so people were constantly shitting, pissing or doing drugs in there. Not to mention match days and orange order parade days being an absolute nightmare. Loads of flats have cockroaches, because GHA (who own loads of the flats there) don’t address whole building infestations, only spot treat.
The council don’t give a shit about Govan so the streets are gross and they don’t care if your bins aren’t emptied/ build up into mountains of rubbish for months. Saw rats about regularly. |
