Comment	There’s been a plan to make more use of the river for 20 odd years. Lots of reasons it’s not taken off but main ones are: 1. Glasgow City Council are useless (and possibly corrupt) 2. Scottish Enterprise are absolutely useless at everything. The money’s been there and spent but in the wrong projects in the wrong places.
