I was there, aye. Started off like any normal, sunny day at Kelvingrove: friendly atmosphere with families and friends out eating and enjoying the weather.

As the hours and drinks passed by, more neds gravitated towards the park, and it started to get a bit lairy. If never felt overly boisterous, until the authorities turned up and it kicked off. I remember seeing mounted police charging through the crowd like it was the Grand National. Really was a miracle nobody died.

Some laugh all in, though.
