Glasgow is literally spoiled for choices for restaurants.
Cake wise you’ve left it a bit late. Tantrum doughnuts is excellent if you’re doing ad hoc pickups. Broken clock if they’re open on a Monday (not sure).
There’s other options but those are my favourites.
