Glasgow Taxis is probably your safest bet especially if you book in advance. Uber seems to be the least safe choice in this case. I was heading to the airport beginning of May and 3 drivers accepted then turned around and cancelled (you can see it on the app). Eventually called my local (govan) southside radio cars and driver was at my door 5 mins later.
