Has anyone changed from working mon-fri to a 4 day week? If so was it worth it?
I'm really struggling with health (physical and mental) and work pressure is making things worse. Debating whether having a 4 day week would help.
Don't know if the financial loss would be worth it or if I'd just end up having to do all the work I currently do but in only 4 days.
Something has to give though as I'm miserable |
