| Comment | I don't think it's clear whether they can, and that's the problem: uncertainty. Post-Brexit we've had two academic years during a pandemic. That might become clearer as time goes on, but the fundamental uncertainty from year-to-year remains, and it'd be foolish for a uni to invest on the assumption that they'll get the same volume of international student next year as they had this year. |
