Comment	Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is correct. OP, what year did your tenancy start? This could explain why it states 3months, however - I believe this is outdated now? Seems according to the [mygov.scot](https://mygov.scot) website as of 2022, 6 months is required if landlord is selling.
