It sounds good in theory but I already work late most days so I'd be working even later to get the work done. Part of the problem is workload at the small company I'm at and part is my issue with wanting to justify my salary and keep my clients happy!
Although maybe I'd 'work smarter' if I was better rested from 3 days off. Worth thinking about
