| Comment | They’re probably remortgaging to take out some equity and buy another flat. With prices going up in the area it makes sense to do that now.
Shouldn’t affect rent as the valuation would just be a selling valuation but can never rule out rises at any time.
Remember you can always negotiate, if they ever try to raise your rent too high. It’s a hassle and costs to find new tenants so if you negotiate they might be inclined to accept. |
