£35 is for 10 items, not one. so it works out to £3.5 an item if you have 10 items. In your case, for six items you're paying around £5.8 per item. You will just have to wait until you have enough items to uplift for it to be worth it instead of immediately throwing things away as they break. A mild inconvenience for you but the alternative is no longer viable.
the free uplift was nice when we had it but literally no other council does it for free. |
