Comment	Until we do people won't opt to use them. Never mind the other problems of public transport- no single transferable ticket across the network, the fact that buses/trains only run every 30 minutes at best outside peak times, the cost, the way they pack in so many people, never mind the smoking etc on half the buses that pass through a scheme.
