There's already an active line that goes right past the airport. Not sure what's stopping them from building a station at West Match Road and having a bus service that runs from the platform to the terminal. It's by far the cheapest option and wouldn't take much to implement. If they wanted to get fancy with it, they could run a light rail from the terminal to the train line.
