I've not been to them all but the best I've been to recently are Fat Lobster and The Finnieston.

Fat Lobster is small plates, which is class to get a good bit of variety and we spent just under £100 for me and my partner which for a special occasion I was happy with.

Finnieston we had a voucher but think it was well over £100 before we used it. Food was class but probably won't be back unless I get another voucher haha.
