Asian - Italian here:
Yadgar and lahori chaska have the most authentic Pakistani food, top tier curries

Sadly nothing really authentic Italian in glasgow, all the restaurants add a scottish twist to them. This being said, some good ones are:

mozza, paesano and baked for pizza

sugo has decent pasta though a bit overrated (portions are on the small side)

There was a Italian street food shop on PRW but it’s closed now I think :(
Honourable mention to Gioia, heard really good things about their seafood but haven’t been yet
