| Comment | Same happened to me, fluctuating earnings meant readjusted amount every month and it was hit or miss wether they took it out the bank.
They hit me with 300 odd bill to clear the year. I emailed and asked what was going on and they said it was correct. I emailed again asking for breakdown of the year, suddenly they owed me about £160.
If I hadn't kept at them they would have happily took the money off me. |
