Norman, Ok?! Me too! in fact, I worked at a "Mexican" restaurant on campus corner. and I lived in midtown/Montrose in Houston. Family's now in Pearland and Mexico city.
I'm used to ladies selling tamales from coolers in the backs of their cars or on the back of a bicycle. you just can't recreate that here. can't even find decent Serranos/jalapenos!
I made the choice to move so far north though. |
