Typically this means that an application for landlord registration has been submitted but it hasn't officially been approved yet - this is fairly typical with landlords who are letting out a property for the first time, or potentially landlords who are just about to renew their registration. It's good to check this of course, but the vast majority of the time it's completely fine. |
