So Persian cuisine is all about kebabs, much like the Middle East. However, they’re quite fond of their stews too. One particular one I have had friends and family try and be absolutely hooked, is called Gormeh Sabzi.

This is Greek fennels, spinach, kidney beans and lamb pieces with some other spices. It’s hard to describe the taste, but it’s never let anyone I know down. Give that a try.
