Will pretty much be starting from scratch re-strength, had a load of PT sessions (with local legend Brodie) a few years back so have a strength training program but it fell away. I do walk about 10k per day and get a <5k run once or twice per week.
Goal is to get more consistent with the strength training, ideally 3-4 sessions per week split between the usuals (Back/chest/legs/shoulders).
