| Comment | Uber in Glasgow is utter shit these days and I actually binned the app on Friday. Expect to wait a significant period of time for a driver to confirm. It regularly cycles through 10 to 20+ nearby drivers who turn you down before you get a confirmation. I have like a 4.98 rating as a customer too. And its not like I'm talking about long trips, 3 to 4 miles into city centre/west end, that sort of thing. Price can also vary wildly. It's also not unheard of to have a driver confirm and then cancel on you. Completely shocking service for uncompetitive prices. The only benefit used to be convenience and they don't even have that any more with the length of time it now takes to find a driver who will accept your fare. |
