You need to register as a landlord, then get property ready all the checks, paperwork and certificates landlord insurance, tax implications so its legal.
Then you have risk of something going wrong when your not in the country, say they don't pay or trash your property so you have the funds to get someone out at night to fix boiler issues, Leaks?
Just my though, I also wanted to do this in a few years as I used to live in Vietnam, but I think to make it worth your time I would do minimum 6 months to 1 year.
Get an agent that offers rent Guarantee and will help with legal costs if eviction is necessary. |
