I've never much been one for night life, I'll maybe go meet up with friends but I'm usually heading homewards by half nine, so I don't see the city at its worst.
In general though, I still think it's a friendlier place for LGBTQ+ people than somewhere like Perth or Dundee. I didn't feel as welcome in either of those
I've never experienced any negativity beyond muttered comments from the odd prick, maybe a couple of times a year. |
