I concur. We had a daughter who was stillborn during covid. They arranged the certificate over the phone and sent it to us in the post. We needed it for funeral arrangements. The guy put my wife’s dob as my daughters. Silly mistake but ok. We called back and he said “yous need to send it back before getting a new one” No apology, nothing.
