Can recommend, generally quiet area and handy for the town (train to Queen Street is rapid), the speedway itself can be quite loud on a Friday evening. You will see the odd junkie though no worse that any other built up area in the city. Decent amount of regeneration planned around the area with the nearby Glasgow Canal Project and Sighthill receiving investment
