| Comment | it's weird, as a cyclist, i don't think GCC is doing enough right now. half the cycle lanes are unconnected from each other, they often fill up with parked cars making them unusable and some are so poorly maintained that it's more dangerous to use them than to be on the road.
i also noticed you complained about helping businesses, many urban planners have been screaming for years that car dependent infrastructure actually hurts many businesses and councils because they bring in less revenue per square meter and maintaining the roads is more expensive than maintaining a single cycle lane which has the ability to move more people while causing less damage to the road surfaces.
