Nobody is scared of working class areas. It's the underclasses they want to avoid. Some of the tenements in Haghill are alright but it depends on the close really. It's not easy to tell when you're viewing a flat during the day. If you came back at 3AM when your alcoholic neighbours are fighting over who smoked all the fags, you'd get a better idea of the area.
