| Comment | The issue with the buses is that no one that can change anything (council etc.) listen to you when you complain. Pre-pandemic I worked in Maryhill and had to travel from the Southside every day. Almost every day I was either late to work or late getting back. I complained to First Bus every single time and even emailed the CEO a few times until he told me to stop emailing him. When I contact my local councillor, all First did was send me a free week bus pass to compensate for one instance I’d reported. First don’t care and I honestly don’t think the council do either. I’m lucky enough to still work from home but if I was asked back to the office I’d probably start learning to drive almost immediately. |
