| Comment | I'm no IT guy but I think that would require a shitload more work. They'd need to send a message from the bus to their server then their server to your phone. That's much more complicates than a passive QR code.
I think if they did it with NFC it would be a lot easier, but when have First ever done anything to make it easier for the poor bastards that use their service and pay their wages? |
