Comment | Customer service is terrible, in my experience anyway. The helpline rings out after 2 hours on the line. Had to open a Resolver case in the end just to get them to confirm that they renewed my contract for the price they said, and that the £50 welcome bonus was applied. They responded pretty quickly after that.
I just didn't want to be hit with out of contract prices. I get that they were migrating Post Office customers too, but I guess customer service wasn't a priority. |
