I used to live in a block of six flats. This was before they brought in the recycling different bins stuff. Even with a single bin per flat it was a complete nightmare. Nobody but me put the bins out each week. If I decided I'd had enough they would literally let weeks of rubbish accumulate.
I would never live in flats again because of that. Saw the nastiest selfish behaviour
