People choose this work. It is their choice. Not yours to say it isn't good work. Are you are suggesting that you agree to effectively ban this work and industry? The people who work there are exclusively from working class backgrounds. To shutter it is to stomp on the means of working class people to earn good money.
Know what isn't well paid enough for how shitty it is? Almost everything else. Office workers. Street cleaners. Bin men. Retail workers. Call centre staff.
