| Comment | Coming from the south of England I have got to say Glasgow’s properties are very affordable despite of the recent raise in value. Although the salary down south tends to be higher, the post tax income narrows the margin.
The post tax income to property price ratio down south is much higher than Glasgow and over the pandemic quite a few people relocated and “discovered Glasgow”. I think folks from down south(myself included) might have driven up the prices. |
